Market heatmaps
A heatmap turns a whole market into one picture. Each tile is an asset: the bigger the tile, the larger its market value, and the colour shows today's move — green for gains, red for losses, deeper for bigger swings. Pick a market below to see where money is moving right now.

How to read a heatmap
- Size: a tile's area is proportional to market capitalisation, so the biggest companies or coins dominate the map.
- Colour: green tiles are up and red tiles are down; the deeper the shade, the bigger the move. The scale tops out at ±5%.
- Patterns: when most of the map shares one colour, the whole market is moving together; a patchwork means investors are picking winners and losers.

Frequently asked questions
What is a market heatmap?
A market heatmap is a chart that shows many assets at once as rectangles. Rectangle size reflects market value and colour reflects the price change, so you can spot the day's biggest movers and the overall mood of the market in seconds.
How often are the heatmaps updated?
The maps are rebuilt from our live price feed every time the page loads. Crypto trades around the clock; the stock maps show the current session while an exchange is open and the last close while it is shut.
Is a heatmap a buy or sell signal?
No. A heatmap only shows how prices have moved; it says nothing about where they will go next. Use it as a starting point for your own research, not as investment advice.
Not investment advice.
